Payments Terms: for reservations whose arrival date is far from the booking date, a 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer or credit card; the balance can be paid in cash or by credit card or debit card.

Check in, Check out policies: The arrival time is anywhere from 15 hour to 24 hour (3:00 PM to 12:00 PM). Departure time is by 11 noon.

The Villa dei Sogni bed and breakfast is a fully authorized, licensed bed and breakfast facility that subscribes and adheres to the Rome government bed and breakfast standards with CISE code 873. Villa dei Sogni is also Registered recognized by the Rome tourist board.
